It tries to fix, with the manner of the incipient photography, which it practises successfully, the movement, through natural and spontaneous installations. The grace, the lightness and the naturalness of its dancers astonish but Degas spent the day whole to observe them and this until problems of sight, at the end of its life, prevent it from moving, it cannot any more painter, Edgar Degas starts to carve.
